       Project 1 – Lead Process Architect

        Senior Developer/Architect on four person team for a mission-critical project converting management  of design process from an outdated spreadsheet/email notification approach to Lombardi 7 BPM process application

        Project was on the verge of cancellation when I joined and turned the project around and ended up delivering production code four months after joining the proejct.  Highlights included customized dashboard for both users and managers showing status charts along with tasks

        Developed database design strategies for performance optimization and reducing redundancy of data

        Led playback sessions for customers and requirements gathering sessions with development and business groups

        Followed Agile/Scrum methodologies included capturing and tracking requirements in VersionOne

        Performed multiple process app installments and migrations, continously pushing process updates to production based on customer needs

        Led development activity on three additional process apps integrated into a value stream for the user

        Used AJAX and JQuery to enhance the user experience

        Wrote document generation functionality using iText for capturing information and sending notifications to users

        Work has resulted in significant time savings for the customer and has been well-received by management and

              business users

        Project 2 – Reports/Business Intelligence Package

        Created 20 reports (bar charts, line charts, tabular reports, drilldowns) using NetCharts as well as Google
